The construction of this door is based on anodised aluminium with a thickness of 3 mm, integrated in a system with an articulated thermal break of 34 mm. This element is essential to prevent heat transfer between the exterior and interior profiles. The quadruple glazing (44.1 triplex / 5 mm Satinato / 44.1 triplex) offers not only excellent thermal insulation but also sound protection and aesthetically pleasing transparency. Triple EPDM gaskets ensure perfect sealing against moisture and air draughts.

The thermal performance certified by ift Rosenheim with Ud 0.85 W/m²K places the L530 door in the category of high energy efficiency products, significantly reducing heat loss during the cold season. The 92 mm total depth system allows easy installation in standard construction variants and permits openings up to 1100×2300 mm, with an option for single leaves up to 1200×2500 mm. The door features three EPDM gaskets in a multi-point sealing system that creates a continuous barrier across three sealing levels: primary, intermediate, and final. These full-profile EPDM gaskets prevent rainwater and cold air infiltration, ensuring performance in severe weather conditions.

Standard maximum dimensions are 1100×2300 mm (single opening), but for larger configurations, the single-leaf version accommodates up to 1200×2500 mm. The total system depth is 92 mm (frame 80 mm + leaf 92 mm), requiring a masonry opening of at least 94-96 mm for installation clearance. Installation is done with metal anchors and polyurethane foam, followed by acrylic sealing. We recommend checking level and plumb to ensure optimal performance of the closing mechanisms.

The four-layer system consists of two 44.1 mm Triplex panes with 5 mm Satinato in between, laminated with PVB interlayer that dampens sound and reduces noise by 28-32 dB on average. The Triplex structure prevents shattering and provides dual protection: acoustic insulation and impact resistance.

The aluminium profile requires monthly cleaning with lukewarm water and mild detergent (avoid abrasive agents). For the EPDM gaskets, check their condition regularly and apply silicone protectant annually. Quadruple glazing is cleaned with standard glass cleaner. Annual inspection of hinges and hardware ensures smooth operation. The product is manufactured in Greece with long-term durability tolerances.
