Kulttur.ro accessibility statement

Sibstil Doors SRL is committed to making www.kulttur.ro accessible in line with Romanian Law 2/2021 (transposing EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications, applied voluntarily by Kulttur as a private commercial operator).

1. Scope of this statement

This statement applies to www.kulttur.ro, including all sub-domains and pages. It does not apply to third-party PDF documents (manufacturer catalogues) uploaded before September 2018, which are exempt under Article 1(4) of the Directive.

2. Compliance status

Partially compliant

Kulttur.ro is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Compliance is partial due to the non-compliances listed below.

3. Non-accessible content

The content below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Decorative images in project galleries may have generic alt text; we are improving descriptions (criterion 1.1.1 Non-text content).
Some PDF catalogues (doors, parquet, windows) sourced from external manufacturers are not fully accessible (criteria 1.3.1, 1.4.5).
The interactive door configurator may have limitations under keyboard-only navigation — testing with screen readers in progress (criterion 2.1.1).
Some visual components (colour swatches) use colour as the primary information cue; we are adding alternative textual labels (criterion 1.4.1 Use of colour).

4. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared via self-assessment by the internal Kulttur team, using automated testing (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual checks on main pages. First version published: May 2026. Next planned review: November 2026.
